Matt Arce - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. I opened my State Farm agency in January of 2023 after spending over 6 years assisting State Farm customers at my father's agency. We are a growing full-service insurance agency.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensación: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
